What is my Login password, Transaction Pin?

Login password is your own unique password used for authentication during the login process if you are using smart phone with activated internet connection. Your login password should be alpha numeric and 8-15 characters long.

Transaction pin is the 4 digit code used for any monetary transaction.

What do I do after I register to Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money?

Once you install the Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money application on your mobile phone, please log in to Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money with your login credential .The username will be your mobile number. After successful registration, you will be asked to change your login password and transaction pin successively. For password format, please follow the instruction, as in the pop up panel you get for changing your password.

Once you set your new login and transaction password, you need to log in again with the new password to use the service.

How can I enable or disable my fingerprint?

After subscribing the application you will receive a message inquiring your preference of finger print. You can enable your fingerprint to login or transacting. However, you can press ‘LATER’ or ‘NEVER’ based on your preference. You can also enable or disable your fingerprint through the settings menu.

Can I cancel or change transaction?

For cancelling or rectifying transaction error, you can contact the nearest branch of Laxmi Sunrise Bank.

How do I check my transaction history on my Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money?

You can access your transaction history up to 90 days through your account statement available in your Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money application.

How will I know my payment is processed?

You will be notified with alert messages after your payment is processed.

Will I be able to access all of my accounts using Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money?

Yes, you can access all of your accounts using Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money only if you specify your required accounts during the registration process in the form. In case you want to add an account, you need to visit the bank again to specify the account.

To make life easier, once you specify the required account, you can save the account number with some easier name like Acc1,Acc2 so that you can choose the particular account name rather than specifying the whole account number and having to remember it. You can find the option under add accounts link under the settings menu after switching to SMS options.

How do I update or change personal information?

You can change your password through the application. However, to change your mobile number or other personal information, you can visit the nearest branch of Laxmi Sunrise Bank.

If I don't have an iPhone, Android or java supported device, can I still use Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money?

Yes, you can still use the service if you do not have any of those devices. For that, you will need to download the keyword and format from Laxmi website. Please construct the message according to the format and send the request to 32002.
